Answer: Absolutely! Our sizes are based on standard European measurements. Since the fit can vary between different models, we recommend always referring to the specific size chart for each product. We want you to feel completely comfortable in your new purchase!
2. Shipping and delivery
Question: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Answer: We process orders within 6-12 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. 😊

Answer: Yes, definitely! We offer free shipping for orders over €59. For smaller orders we charge a small shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout.

Answer: We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. You can return the item to us within 30 days. As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to cover the return shipping costs. Please see our return form for more information. We are always at your disposal!

Answer: We want you to be happy with your Radovana purchase. Not satisfied? Return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We understand that returns are sometimes inconvenient, but as a small business, unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns.
