Disclaimer for product images
Please note that while we make every effort to photograph and describe our products accurately and in detail, due to variations in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that every photo in production will accurately reflect the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions about the color, material, or size of an item.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours of placing your order. If you cancel within this time frame, you will receive a full refund.
Address changes
If you would like to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number, current shipping address and the address you would like to change. We can change the address until your order leaves our premises!
Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will be happy to replace it and ensure that your order gets to you. If you do not want the package replaced, we will have to wait 30 days before we refund the order if the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will check in with your order regularly during the two weeks to track its progress and keep you fully informed.
Damaged items
If the product arrives defective, we will send you a new item free of charge. Please contact us at support@radovana.com. Send us a photo of the defective item, a photo of the label on the plastic bag the item was in, and a photo of the shipping bag label. In addition, we will need your order number and a brief description of the defective item. We will process this and send you the new item back within 7 business days.
Not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it. Please contact us via our email: support@radovana.com. We will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
Please return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
RETURN
Are you not completely satisfied with the product you received? You can return your order at any time within 30 days! Once the products have been returned to us, you will receive your money back.
As we are a small business, we are unable to offer free returns. The cost and responsibility for returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
