If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. Send the completed return form together with the products to the address below. If the form is not completely filled out, we cannot accept your return.
For a refund or exchange, we must receive the product
Product received in its original condition. The product must not show any signs of use. We have the right to refuse returns if we believe that the product is used or damaged.
A return must be provided with a track & trace code and the customer is responsible for delivery.
