    1. Shipping



    Do you ship worldwide and how much does it cost?

    How long will it take to receive my order?
    It usually takes between 2 and 4 weeks for you to receive your order. We know that patience is a virtue, so we have set this time period generously so that you don't have to worry about where your package is.

    I forgot to enter my house number or an incorrect address. What now?
    No need to worry! Just email us at support@radovana.com with your order number and the correct address and we will change it for you as soon as possible.

    Can I change my order after I have placed it?
    Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once an order has been placed unless the order has not yet been processed. If you would like to make a change, please email us at support@radovana.com and provide the details and we will do our best to help you and let you know if we can still make the change.

    2. Order not received



    I placed my order 2 weeks ago but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
    Please contact us immediately at support@radovana.com. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue and help you as best as we can. Something may have gone wrong with your order, but we are ready to help you.

    3. Cancel order



    Can I cancel my order?
    You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email to support@radovana.com. We will be happy to check for you whether cancellation is still possible and help you further.

    4. Damaged/misprinted items or wrong size:



    What should I do if the product arrives damaged or in the wrong size?
    If the product arrives damaged or in the wrong size, we will send you the item back free of charge. Please contact us at support@radovana.com and send a photo of the damaged item along with the order number. This also applies if you received the wrong size instead of the one you ordered.
    Damaged/misprinted items can only be replaced within 30 days of the original order date. After this 30-day period, Radovana will not be responsible for replacing damaged or misprinted items.

    5. Where can I find the return form?



    Where can I find the form for returning a product?
    The return form can be found on our website. You can copy and paste the form into a Word document, fill it in and then send it back with the item. We need the form to process your return.

    What if the size I ordered doesn't fit?
    Please contact us and we will do our best to solve the problem for you. We can solve this problem in three ways and will do everything we can to make you satisfied with your purchase.

    I am not satisfied with my purchase. What should I do?
    We are sorry that the item did not meet your expectations. You can return the item to us within 30 days. However, please note that as a small business we cannot cover the return shipping costs so this is the customer's responsibility.
