Delivery and shipping are carefully handled by Radovana. Each package is sent with tracking and is completely free for you as a valued customer.
We aim
to dispatch your package within 2-3 business days . However, during holiday periods this may take a little longer. However, don't worry, we always try our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
Your package will be shipped directly from the supplier, which is cost-effective for you as a customer. This means it may take a little longer for you to receive your package.
The delivery time also depends on whether the product you ordered is in stock or not. If the product is in stock, it will be shipped immediately. If the product is sold out, we work with pre-orders, which may mean that it takes a little longer for your package to arrive. We ask for your understanding.
Typically, each package is
delivered within two to four weeks , but sometimes it can be faster depending on your location. To eliminate any worries and because we want to keep our promises, we've provided a generous estimate here.
